No matter where you are right now, I can help you create a successful strategy to live more mindfully, purposefully, and access a sense of inner peace and clarity that is already inside of you.

Each week’s session will be about bringing mindfulness into your life. By learning how to slow down we naturally create space in our mind and body so we can take pause. By pausing we create a space in which we connect to what we are really thinking, feeling, seeing, tasting, and hearing. When we have that space, we then have a choice how to respond to the different scenarios in our lives.

With a supportive, collaborative approach, you create goals for your life in the areas where growth is desired while using mindfulness as the foundation.

Hello, I'm Melanie, and I love to help people create positive change in their lives. As a certified Mindful Awareness Facilitator and Life Coach, I have been on a contemplative spiritual journey for over 25 years. This, in turn, has led me to become an avid student of personal growth - which inspires me to help others realize their own gifts and dreams. And with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in International Business, I have applied my knowledge and experience to provide people with specific, personalized tools and principles that produce tangible results that meet the individual's unique needs.

In my own life, I've survived some tough times and come through on the other side. These challenges are no longer a rope around my neck, but rather a light to share with others. When I listen to people's stories, I can relate to them all. Why? Because I have either been through a similar experience or could relate to the feelings associated with the situation. People are drawn to my natural ability to listen and support them in a non-judgmental way. By infusing humor into each session and building authentic relationships, my clients are able to rediscover a sense of excitement and hope in their lives - just like I have found in my own!

Born with a soulful spirit, being grateful for the simple things in life has always come easily to me. I love running half-marathons and marathons, hiking, and surfing with my buddies. But my favorite pastime of all is being a mom to my teenage son and pre-teen daughter - my greatest teachers and the loves of my life. Meditation is an integral part of who I am, and I do it - albeit imperfectly - as often as I can. Currently, I reside in Pacific Palisades, California.
